EMPLOYER branding

Design

To market River Island as an attractive and enticing employer in the competitive market, we developed an Employer Brand identity that encompassed 'Life on the Island'. This involved the development of a captivating colour palette that would resonate with the target audience. This was showcased in a series of brand assets, including OOH posters, flyers, and personalized gift boxes, all carefully crafted to enhance the brand's image and appeal to potential employees.

In an effort to boost interest in easyJet Cabin Crew recruitment, I designed a flyer intended for distribution at Gatwick Airport. The campaign prominently showcases the tagline 'From up here,' effectively emphasizing the exhilarating and uplifting experience of being an easyJet Cabin Crew member. This sentiment is further reinforced by the carefully chosen airplane window photography, treated with the iconic easyJet cyan photography treatment.

Brand identity

Set to craft the brand identity for the journalism app 'Backpack' , I conceptualized the logo by merging speech bubbles, symbolizing the app's collaborative essence. By overlapping these bubbles, I formed the letter 'B,' and created a third speech bubble within the interplay of the larger ones, this serves as a versatile visual motif that resonates throughout the entire brand identity.
